Baffin Bay
Baffin Bay is the home of trophy trout. This unusual body of water lies along the Texas Coast within the inland waters created by the Padre Island National Seashore. There has been very little to no development occurring along its shores due to its boundaries of the King Ranch and the Seashore. This type of isolation allows for some of the most excellent fishing adventures ever. The state record trout was caught along its southern seashore back in 1996, weighing in at 13 lbs, 11 oz.

This Bay is known for the many submerged rocks (formed by tiny worms), which provide a natural habitat for outstanding fish game. Anglers come from all over North America to participate in the thrill of a lifetime when hooking a Baffin Bay trophy trout. Laguna Madre
Fishing the lower Laguna Madre is one of the most exciting fishing trips anywhere. The best saltwater flats fishing on the Texas gulf coast. This hyper-saline, coastal embayment is the largest in the U.S., encompassing approximately 230 square miles of sea grass flats. With its immense clear, shallow water and huge grass habitat, it creates prime feeding grounds for speckled trout and redfish.
